Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (USA): 5-14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.


Shipping Carriers

We currently ship using the following carriers:

International Shipping

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays or losses caused by the carrier

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages
